Billing and procurement
Yes. We accept government purchase orders for both monthly subscriptions and annual prepay. Contact us to request a formal quote with the line-item detail your procurement office requires.
Annual prepay is available and offered at a discount versus the listed monthly rate. Reach out to discuss the annual pricing for your plan tier.
A document is a single permit, violation notice, inspection report, or similar record - typically a single PDF or a logical grouping of scanned pages that represent one record. Multi-page PDFs that contain a single permit count as one document. Batch zips are broken into individual documents automatically during ingestion.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your data and exported layers remain accessible until the end of the billing period. We provide a data export of your extracted records before access closes.
